Delivery Information

1. Carrier and Pricing

  • Preferred Carrier: Unless otherwise specified, all shipments are handled by YURTİÇİ KARGO.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees vary significantly based on the content of the order, including total weight (deci) and volume. Rates are calculated according to current carrier tariffs.

2. Processing and Delivery Times

  • Preparation Time: Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 2-3 business days. In rare cases or for custom orders, this period may extend to 1-2 weeks.
  • Delivery Time: Once handed over to the carrier, packages are generally delivered within 1-3 business days.
  • Exceptions: Delivery times may be extended due to address issues, remote/mobile area restrictions, or carrier-side delays.

3. Shipping Coverage

Currently, we only ship within the borders of Türkiye. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at info@fotomono.com for detailed information.

4. Damaged Packages and Liability

Please inspect your package upon arrival. Do not accept damaged or opened packages and ensure a "Damage Assessment Report" (Hasar Tespit Tutanağı) is filed with the courier. We cannot accept liability for damaged items if a formal report has not been issued.

5. Tracking and Support

6. Returns and Contracted Shipping

In case of returns, products should be sent via Yurtiçi Kargo by providing our tax ID: 4101502855 to the courier
