At Fotomono, we value customer satisfaction. To ensure a fast return and exchange process for your purchases, the following rules apply:
1. Electronic Products
Return processes for products in the electronics category are subject to strict rules to ensure the product does not lose its resellable condition:
- Right of Withdrawal: If the product box/package is completely unopened, the security seal is intact, and the product is unused, it can be returned within 14 days.
- Opened Packages: Returns for electronic products with opened packaging or seals are unfortunately not accepted.
- Defective Products: In case of a defect, an authorized service evaluation is mandatory. If the service report confirms the defect originates from the manufacturer or seller, a return or exchange can be initiated. Returns are not accepted for issues determined as user error.
2. Non-Electronic Products (Albums, Frames, etc.)
- Our return and exchange policy is more flexible for non-electronic items (albums, frames, etc.):
- Provided the products are undamaged, your exchange and return requests will be evaluated promptly.
- There is no return option for personalized products (where printing or custom processes have been completed).
3. Damaged Cargo
Please check your package immediately upon delivery.
- If there is damage, crushing, or tearing on the outer package, you must have the courier issue a "Damage Assessment Report".
- Return/exchange processes are initiated for damaged shipments that have a report and are deemed valid upon inspection. Responsibility for damaged products without a report belongs to the customer.
4. Refund Processes
Once the returned product reaches us, necessary technical checks (packaging control or service report) are completed within 2-3 business days.
- Refunds for approved returns are processed within a maximum of 14 days from the date of approval.
- The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary between 2 to 7 business days, depending on your bank's procedures.
5. Logistics and Pricing
Shipping Fees: For voluntary returns or exchanges not caused by a product defect, shipping costs belong to the customer.
